LIFTGATE SERVICE

Due to the weight of these units, they cannot be shipped via Fedex / UPS Ground / USPS / DHL. Instead, they are shipped via semi-trucks, which are designed to unload products at loading docks and freight terminals.

If you have a loading dock or forklift, you do NOT need liftgate service.

If you do not have the equipment or manpower to safely lower the product from the shipping truck to the ground, the Lift Gate Service is for you!

We recommend requesting Lift Gate for orders of 5000w or larger units, or if any of your items weight is more than 150lbs.
