Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Average shipping time is 3-7 business days depending upon your item and its shipping weight. We will apply shipping charges to Hawaii and alaska. Free shipping applies to 48 states.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

For all unused / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original the packaging with all original documents within 30 days of original purchase date, there is a 15% restocking fee on the item price (15 percent fee does not apply to cost of shipping). For used / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original packaging within 15 days from original purchase date, with all original documents, there is a 25% restocking fee on the item price (restocking fees do not apply to cost of shipping). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, of shipping product to buyer and shipping product back. We, at Wise Equipment can assist in return shipping and arrangements. A refund will be provided to the buyer within 5 business days from receipt of item. Exchanges: There is no restocking fee on exchanged items, provided the item is unused, and in original condition with all applicable parts, packaging, manuals, etc. Shipping is non-refundable.
